This non-resiliant solution is used in conjunction with a superstructure that fits precisely over the bar that is placed on the dental implants eliminating horizontal movement. This pins engage the bar eliminating vertical movement producing a locked in feel allowing for confidence in eating, smiling, speaking and laughing.

Fixed/Detacahable Overdenture
For patients that want a fixed appliance but lack the proper bone support or need extra lip support, the fixed/detachable overdenture is ideal,
This non-resiliant solution is used in conjunction with a superstructure that fits precisely over the bar that is placed on the dental implants. Pins engage the bar and comletly eliminate movement of the denture, allowing for solid feel for chewing, speaking, eating and laughing.
While the pins are engaged, the denture cannot be removed. Using a special tool at home, the pins can be disengaged and the denture easily removed for cleaning.
